JUSTINE SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS Ts & Cs
1. HOW TO ENTER:
1.1. Social Media Competitions are open for entries on the dates stipulated on the competition posts on Justine South Africa’s Social Media Platforms Facebook - @Justine and/or Twitter -@JustineSouthAfirca and/or Instagram - @JustineSouthAfrica and/or TikTok - @Justine_ZA. No entries will be accepted after the dates stipulated on the competition posts.
1.2. Follow the instructions on the competition post to enter the competition.
1.3. You can submit only 1 entry unless the competition post specifies otherwise.
1.4. If more than 1 entry is permitted, you must submit each entry individually and personally. If Justine suspects that participants created automated entries, or did anything to manipulate the results unfairly, or acted in bad faith, they will be disqualified.
2. Winners will be determined via a random draw performed by Justine.
3. The names of the winners will be communicated via a private message on Facebook - @Justine and/or Twitter -@JustineSouthAfirca and/or Instagram - @JustineSouthAfrica and/or TikTok - @Justine_ZA
4. Winners must respond to messages and provide their contact details and identification documents within 14 days of the message having been sent. If no reply is received, the prize will be forfeited and another draw performed.
5. Prizes can only be delivered to addresses within South Africa. If you reside outside of South Africa you will have to nominate an address and contact person within South Africa to receive the award on your behalf. You will be responsible for exporting the award across the border. The South African address provided cannot be a courier depot.
6. THE PRIZE:
6.1. The prize or award is described on the competition posts.
6.2. Though we make every effort to depict accurate images, the prizes may look slightly different from the pictures posted.
6.3. Winners may not substitute prizes or awards for other products or for cash.
6.4. Justine may substitute the prize or award for another, which will be of equal or greater value.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1. “We” or “Justine” means Avon Justine Proprietary Limited, registration number 1964/002772, with registered address at Woodlands Office Park, 20 Woodlands Drive, Woodmead. You reach us at Justinecustomer.sa@onlyfromJustine.co.za, or call 087 011 2866.
7.2. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
7.3. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years and older and winners must present a valid identity document or passport in order to claim their prize.
7.4. The prizes may be offered by Justine, or by independent third parties appointed by Justine. These third parties are not agents of Justine, and Justine will not be liable for any damages caused by them.
7.5. No directors, members, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to Justine or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, us; or a supplier of goods or services in connection with the competition, is eligible to enter.
7.6. The rules of the competition, or these terms and conditions, may be modified or superseded by Justine, within its reasonable discretion, and if we do so, we will announce our decision using communication methods that we determine will reach a majority of potential participants.
7.7. Where circumstances beyond our control arise, the competition may be withdrawn or suspended.
7.8. Justine’s decisions in respect of these terms and conditions, the selection of the winners, and the prizes are final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
